CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: NO MEMBERSHIP, PURCHASE, OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST (THE “Contest”), each entrant (“Entrant” or “You”) agrees to each of the rules, terms and conditions below (“Official Rules”):

1. The Contest: You cannot enter more than one video in the contest. Your mission is to prepare an original video, less than 90 seconds long, that will consist of your personal pet doing some trick..

(A)Prepare an original video:

(1) Focused mainly on the abilities of your pet animal.

(2) The video must reference the name and/or logo of A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc.

(3) The video must make visual and/or audio reference to the following website address: www.4995.com, which can be spoken as “forty nine ninety five dot com”.

(4) Humor can be very effective in making a video enjoyable to watch and even in conveying serious or important information.

(5) All videos must be less than 90 seconds long .

(6) Your target audience is the general public.

(7) The sponsor and administrator of this contest is A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc., P.O. Box 40, Bethpage, NY 11714. www.4995.com

B. Agreement to Rules: By entering this contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the contest, including but not limited to administration of the contest and these Official Rules, will be made by A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc., in its sole discretion, and are final.

C. Eligibility: Except as otherwise stated in the Contest Rules, this contest is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and/or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. You do NOT have to be a customer of A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc. to enter this Contest. Not valid where prohibited. Employees, officers or directors of A $49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc. or its parents, subsidiaries or affiliates are not eligible to enter.

D. Originality and Rights: ALL ENTRIES MUST BE YOUR OWN ORIGINAL WORK AND CANNOT CONTAIN ANY MATERIAL, INCLUDING WORKS, PHRASES, IMAGES, LYRICS, MUSIC, ETC. WHICH ARE COPYRIGHTED, TRADEMARKED OR OTHERWISE SUBJECT TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OR AMERICA, OR ANY STATE, OR UNDER SIMILAR LAWS OF ANY COUNTRY, OR INTERNATIONAL TREATIES, ETC. GOVERNING OR APPLICABLE TO SUCH MATERIALSPREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED MATERIALS, DERIVATIVE WORKS OR MATERIALS FOR WHICH TRADEMARK, COPYRIGHT OR SIMILAR PROTECTION HAS BEEN APPLIED FOR MAY ALSO NOT BE USED IN WHOLE OR IN PART IN ANY VIDEO SUBMITTED IN THIS CONTEST. By submitting your video, you are promising, warranting and representing that you own all rights to all material in your video, including the music, images, script, lyrics, and rights to include all persons, places or organizations included or depicted in such video. All submissions, whether ultimately named a finalist or winner or not, will upon submission for entry to the Contest, become the property of A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain,Inc. By entering this Contest,you agree to transfer all rights in your work to A $49.95 Any Sewer or Drain,Inc and hereby waive any future claims against A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain,Inc or others from the use, derivative or otherwise, of your video, and of all of the images, words, lyrics, music and other material contained in such video. A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain,Inc will have all rights to use your work in any way without any future notice, compensation or approval from You. You also agree to allow A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain,Inc to use your name, identification, and likeness to use, promote or publicize your video in any manner, without limitation, and without further compensation, and agree, if asked by A $4995, Inc. to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate such use. You agree to indemnify A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc, including for all cost, including legal fees, incurred by A $4995 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc., or any of its parents, subsidiaries or related entities against any challenges, actions or proceedings which relate to the ownership, use of, or rights to any material contained in or utilized in your video.

E. This Contest and the rules of this Contest shall in all respects be governed by the Laws of the State of New York, without reference to conflict of laws principals. By entering this Contest, you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal or State Courts of the State of New York located in the Eastern District of New York, or in Nassau County, New York to determine any disputes concerning this Contest, the Rules and Regulations governing this Contest, including the application or interpretation of any of these Rules and Regulations.

(1) Your video must include audio and/or visual reference to A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain,Inc, including its name (“A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain”) and/or the A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain,Inc logo. You are authorized to use the A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc. logo in your video; you can download the A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain,Inc logo by visiting the contest center at www.a4995.com/onlinecontests/contests/mascot and clicking on “Download Link”. You expressly understand and agree that the A $49.95 Any Sewer or Drain,Inc. name or logo are protected by law, and may not be used in any manner, or for any purpose other than in connection with the production of the video You are entering in this contest. Any other use may be a violation of Federal Trademark or Copyright law, and may subject You to legal action for damages and/or injunctive relief. Use by You of the A $4995 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc. name or logo may not be used in a manner which disparages or harms A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain,Inc. or its brand.

G. Content Limitations: Videos can be in any language. Submissions must not contain offensive, sexually-oriented, or defamatory statements.

G. Judging:
(1) Videos which do not comply with these rules in any way will be disqualified, in A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc.’s sole and final discretion, without notice.

(2) By July 27th, 2009, A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc. will select ten most viewed videos from our youtube group as finalists for a public rating on our website for a period of 30 days. The highest rated video on our site will be declared a winner. If your video is selected as a finalist, you will be required to submit more information, including proof of identity and age, authorizations, and copies of your video to A $4995 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc. All finalist entries will be available for viewing on A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc.’s web site for a period of 30 days. The public will be asked to rate the finalist videos.

(3) In the event of a tie, the winning video will be selected in the sole discretion of A $49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc., in its sole discretion, using such criteria as it deems appropriate.

I. To Enter the Contest: The contest Submission Period ends at 11:59 pm EDT on June 27th JULY 4th 2009 . Your first entry is a two-part process; YOUR ENTRY IS NOT FINAL UNTIL BOTH STEPS ARE TAKEN AND YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN E-MAIL CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ENTRY FROM A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc.

(1) You must submit your video entry to the designated A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc,Group Channel on YouTube.com, after visiting http://www.youtube.com and uploading your video during the submission period listed above. The link to our youtube group is http://www.youtube.com/group/4995mascot .You will have to comply with all terms, conditions and registration requirements of YouTube, although YouTube has no connection with A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc., or this contest. Your video must be in the .wmv, .avi, .mov, or .mpg file formats. We are sorry, but we do not have the resources to help you with technical issues involving YouTube and uploading videos. Our youtube group will be open to public during the submission periods.

(2) Once your video has been uploaded and approved for viewing, YouTube will provide you a link to your video. You must then visit the contest registration page at http://www.a4995.com/onlinecontests/contests/register_for_contest.html, complete the entry form, and agree to these Contest rules. Your entry is not complete until you have received an e-mail acknowledging your entry. If you do not receive a confirming e-mail within five days of your entry, please contact A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc. at videocontest@pay4995.com .

J. Prizes: A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain,Inc will award one Grand Prize of $1,000 to the winner. No other prizes will be awarded. Winners will be notified and must execute final releases and information requests prior to payment of the prizes (including a requirement to send a DVD copy of the winning video to A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain,Inc). Failure to comply with the information requests or otherwise timely comply with all Contest Rules or requests from A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc. will result in forfeiture by You of the prize, which may then be awarded to the next most viewed video.

K. Additional Conditions and Terms:

1) By entering this Contest, You agree to release, waive, indemnify, and otherwise hold harmless A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc and all persons associated with it from any liability associated with your video and this Contest to the fullest extent of appropriate Federal, state or local laws.

2) All taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

3) You agree to comply with all government laws and regulations.

4) ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, A$49.95 ANY SEWER OR DRAIN, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

L A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain,Inc is not responsible for errors of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to any person's computer, related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit your ability to participate in the promotion.

M A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud, misconduct or technical failures impair the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program or Contest as determined by A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain,Inc, in its sole discretion. In the event of termination or cancellation of the Contest, a notice will be posted online and entries will be judged from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. If insufficient entries are received, or if no entry submitted meets minimum reasonable criteria for a prize , in A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc’s sole and final discretion, fewer than all awards may be made or a Grand Prize winner may not be selected. Minimum of 2 qualifying entries are required to make a finalist award. If less than two qualifying entries are made by the end of the viewing period on YouTube will "may" cancel this particular contest.

N Proof of submitting entries or responses to inquiries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc. Only receipt of an e-mail from A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc acknowledging an entry or communication will be considered proof of entry and/or submission of an entry.

O Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like methods of participation will void all such submissions by the entrant.

P A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain,Inc reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

Q Once submitted, an entry is final and may not be altered or edited further. Duplicate entries will disqualify all such entries. Entrants may submit multiple videos for consideration No submissions will be returned, and all videos and the content thereof shall upon submission become the sole and exclusive property of A$4995 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc.

R A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc. may use any and all information obtained from entrants for its internal activities, including contacting an entrant. A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc. may share this information with others, but will not sell this information to others.

(S) This Contest is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the State of New York. All claims relating in any manner to this contest or to any submission must be resolved in the federal or state courts of Queens County, New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain,Inc in connection with the contest, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.

(T) A$49.95 Any Sewer or Drain,Inc is not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of prizes or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the Web Site. Use of Web Site is at user's own risk.
